Christina Geonnetti
Private Chef

My culinary journey began in childhood in the kitchens of my grandparents and family, where I learned the fundamentals of cooking through traditions passed down through generations. Those early experiences instilled in me a deep appreciation for how food connects us to our heritage and to each other.

When I moved to California 10 years ago, the farmers market became my happy place. It introduced me to the profound opportunity and privilege of seasonal eating and intentional sourcing. I discovered that the earth offers exactly what our bodies need in each season - nature's perfect timing.

My philosophy centers on personalization. I firmly believe there's no universal diet that works for everyone - we're all unique individuals with changing needs throughout different life stages. What we consume literally becomes the cells in our bodies, either fostering healing and vitality or potentially creating imbalance.

I embrace a truly holistic approach to nourishment that extends beyond just ingredients. While what we eat is fundamental, how we think and live completes the wellness picture. My greatest joy comes from empowering others to discover their own path to vibrant health through mindful, intentional eating tailored to their individual needs."
